C. B. Call. Clay Blakey Call, prosperous farmer and highly esteemed citizen of Madison county, died at his residence near Etlan after several weeks' illness, on February 16. He was in the 78th year of his age and was the son of the late Marcus £>. Call and the late Mary Chapman, of Madison county. He was twice married, first to Miss Adlee Rosser, of Madison county, who died in 1924. From this marriage there were three sons, "Reed, Otho and Shirley Call," of Etlan, and a daughter, Mrs. Irvin Weakley, of Etlan. He is survived by his second wife, who was Miss Letitia McAllister, of Madison, and four grandchildren. He was a member of the Etlan Methodist Church and had served as an active and honorary steward since its erection in 1909. The funeral services were held on Friday afternoon, February 17, from the church, with his pastor, Rev. S. 1. Cowan, ofQciating. The casket-bearers were Clay Call, larvin Call, M. W.
